the flower

once in a while
my love truly blossoms
sometimes i realize it too late
but not this time
my love for you
is an undying flower
blessed with eternal life
storms have crossed its path
but every flower needs water to survive
there is no night for my love
like the sun
it will never stop shining
it will burn brightly
for everyone to see
never again will i love one person so much
you will always have a special place
in my heart, in my soul
and in my mind
with this neverending flower.
